Broad Peak, towering at an impressive 8,051 meters (approximately 26,414 feet), is a prominent 8,000-meter peak nestled in the Karakoram Range of Northeastern Pakistan. As the 12th highest mountain on Earth, it proudly represents a remarkable challenge for mountaineers.

Situated in the Karakoram, Broad Peak is gracefully positioned along the western edge of the Baltoro glacier, nestled between the iconic K2 and Gasherbrum IV. In 1957, this formidable mountain witnessed its historic first ascent by a dedicated Austrian expedition, marking a significant milestone in Pakistan's Karakoram mountains.

Surprisingly, when it comes to mountaineering, Broad Peak stands out as a more approachable challenge among the 8,000-meter peaks. While it surpasses the 8,000-meter mark, it is often considered an excellent choice for climbers seeking to hone their skills. Many international climbers opt to tackle Broad Peak as a practice run before taking on the formidable K2, the second highest mountain globally. This choice is made more convenient by the fact that the base camp of Broad Peak is just a 90-minute journey from the base camp of K2.

Not included services:

  • International flight tickets for members.
  • Helicopter emergency rescue fees (refundable if not used, currently at US$15,000).
  • Climbing gear for members.
  • Personal insurance for members.
  • High-altitude tents.
  • High-altitude food.
  • High-altitude porters.
  • Sleeping bags and personal expenses such as telephone calls, fax, email charges, liquor, soft drinks, room service, gratuities for personal services, and items of a purely personal nature.
  • Charges for custom clearing (import and export of equipment).
  • EPI gas and oxygen cylinders.
  • Any unforeseen expenses, including roadblocks and additional hotel stays if members stay more days at the Base Camp. Extra expenses will be charged according to the number of additional days.
  • Trekking members and climbing members will remain together. If any member splits during the trip, extra expenses will be charged at the normal price.
